Seal Face Materials The rotating seal face is made of high-quality carbon graphite, providing excellent self-lubricating properties. The stationary seal face is composed of silicon carbide, known for its high hardness and wear resistance.

Chemical Compatibility  
Compatible Fluids Water (including deionized water), weak acids (such as acetic acid up to 20% concentration), weak alkalis (such as sodium hydroxide up to 15% concentration), and many organic solvents like ethanol and propanol.
Incompatible Fluids Strong oxidizing agents like concentrated nitric acid, and substances with extremely high viscosity that may impede the proper functioning of the seal.
Installation and Maintenance  
Recommended Installation Torque for Bolts (if applicable) 12 - 25 Nm, depending on the size of the bolts and the specific installation requirements.
Lubrication Requirements A thin layer of a compatible lubricant should be applied to the seal faces and secondary sealing elements during installation to ensure smooth operation and prevent initial wear.
Maintenance Interval Under normal operating conditions, a visual inspection every 3 months is recommended. A more comprehensive inspection and possible replacement of the seal should be carried out every 8 - 10 months.
Testing and Quality Assurance  
Pressure Testing The seal is subjected to a pressure test at 1.8 times the rated working pressure for 45 minutes to ensure its integrity.
Leakage Testing The maximum allowable leakage rate is set at 0.08 ml/h under standard test conditions.

We are a factory only producing mechanical seals and we have our own marketing department  and also home market. The main market is 50% in China and 50% in European countries where most pumps factories located, we mainly supply to pump factories.

Products in stock will be shipped within 48 hours. Standard seal 1-2 weeks. Custom seals are 3-4 weeks.
